Brief introduction

RY series 350 Degree C heat boiler thermal hot oil pump is suitable for heat-conduction oil, or other hot oils with temperature ≤350°C
It has a reasonable structure, advanced technology, high efficiency, long-term stable operation without leakage in the hot state. Used to transport not containing solid particles of corrosion high temperature liquid with system of directly wind cooling.
It's widely used in petroleum oil, chemical industry, rubber, leather, food industry, grease, boilers, construction, road maintenance, pharmaceutical, plastics, rubber, synthetic fiber textile, printing and dyeing and other industrial fields.

Construction

With the single grade swing construction,RY hot oil centrifugal pump consists of two kinds, foot supporting and core-supporting.The entrance of the pump is axial absorbing,and core straight up for outlet. The pump and the driving motor are installed together at the same seat through elastic coupling.and the whole machine group does not require cooling system.
The main pat include,body case,rotor,bearing,seal parts.the pumps connected motor with tr-pawl elastic coupling.
On the whole,this pump reforms the traditional construction,choosing natural cooling type,reducing the volume,simplifying the construction and save carving
