Brief introduction

DBY fluoroplastic electric diaphragm pump is one of the many fluoroplastic water pumps.Fluorine-plastic electric diaphragm pump is a water pump with very strong corrosion resistance. The over-flow part of the pump body is made of high quality polyvinylidene fluoride material. PVDF has good chemical stability, excellent chemical corrosion resistance and heat resistance. It can be applied to any strong acid, strong alkali and all kinds of organic solvent except molten alkali salt.
The source power of the DBY fluoroplastic electric diaphragm pump is given by Siemens bede motor, which drives the diaphragm plate on the connecting rod shaft of both sides of the pump body to reciprocate to and fro through the reducer. The left and right pump cavities are equipped with four single ball valves, and the left and right motion of diaphragm plate leads to regular changes in the volume of pump cavities. Force the four single ball valves to open and close alternately to draw and discharge the fluid.

• Stepless speed control: Yuzhou machinery electric diaphragm pump can be equipped with stepless speed control speed reducer or fixed speed reducer can be made as required.No other equipment can be added in the pump knob directly adjust the pump flow rate.
• Double bearing design:the DBY electric diaphragm pump adopts double bearing to fix and drive the pump body, which ensures the stability of the pump and reduces the friction between the accessories.
• Brand motor:the DBY electric diaphragm pump is equipped with Siemens bede motor, which ensures the power stability of the pump and can work continuously.
• Integral shaft design: the output shaft of the reducer is lengthened and thickened, through the eccentric wheel and bearing directly drive the pump body keel connecting rod shaft, on the one hand reduces the power loss, and on the other hand conveniently solves the problem of easy breaking of the traditional electric diaphragm pump eccentric wheel (the traditional eccentric wheel and the spindle are separated).

• Do not need irrigation water, self-absorption capacity of more than 5 meters
• With good properties, particles and mud with diameter below 10 mm can pass through without any effort
• As the diaphragm is separated from the driving part, the medium will never leak out. And the pump itself has no shaft seal, the service life is greatly extended.
• The material of the pump body is rich, and the pump body can be selected according to the different medium.
• The DBY electric diaphragm pump motor is standard with Siemens baird brand, and can be equipped with explosion-proof motor, energy-saving and environment-friendly motor, frequency conversion motor, stepless speed regulating speed reducer to meet customer requirements to the greatest extent.

Application:

Material selection of pump body

• Common liquid (ph6-8, weak acid-base, such as rainwater,common sewage, oil, etc.) : please use aluminum alloy, cast steel diaphragm pump.

• Common alkalinity, high acidity (PH value 3-8), such as low concentration of sulfuric acid or nitric acid, temperature 0-60

  degrees: please choose polypropylene electric diaphragm pump

• Strong alkalinity or strong acidity (PH value 2-9), such as high concentration of sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and so on, low pump outlet pressure: please choose fluorine plastic PVDF electric diaphragm pump

• Ordinary acidic, alkaline relatively strong (PH value 5-11), high pressure, high temperature: please use stainless steel electric diaphragm pump

• Strong acid, alkali, solvent, or high hygiene requirements, high working pressure: please choose the steel-lined teflon electric diaphragm pump
